90 Broad Street, 11th Floor

MicroTek, a global training company, occupies an entire floor on 90 Broad Street. Their office layout consists of 13 large classrooms, common pantry area, smaller administration offices, and public corridors.

The challenge was to develop a detailed logistics plan so as not to disrupt the client’s existing class schedules during renovation. All rooms were fully –furnished with computers on every desk throughout the space.

Rather than completely shut down MicroTek during construction, CIP used a phased approach, temporarily disconnecting computers and relocating furniture as we completed the renovations in each classroom. Working double shifts, we minimized the client’s downtime so they could continue to hold their training classes throughout the project.
